Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment immediately, however, return of funds depends on the financial institution and may take up to 7-10 business days.

Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their class participation up until 72 hours before the class begins at no additional charge.

A rescheduling fee of $20 will be applied to any changes made within 72 hours of the class beginning up until the No-Show period which begins 15 minutes after class is scheduled to begin.

Class Cancellations
We know that you are counting on us to complete your class and will make every attempt to honor our commitment to you. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, customers will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. In the event that a class must be cancelled, we will contact you as soon as we know that it will be cancelled to allow you time to make alternate arrangements.

Late/No-Show Policy
We understand that things happen, and you may be late for a class. However, due to requirements and regulations of continuing education time and out of respect for other students, we are limited to allowing only a 15 minute grace period for students to arrive. Any information missed may not be repeated or made available and any information missed during this time will be the responsibility of the student to obtain.

Our No-Show period begins 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of your class. Once the No-Show period begins, the course scheduling fee will be forfeited, and completion of the class will require a new registration. The rescheduling fee only applies to registrations that are changed prior to the scheduled start of class.

No refunds will be offered for customers who fail to attend a class without prior notice. Rescheduling will be at the full cost of the course and the responsibility of the student.
